Born in North Carolina and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts, Curtis Henderson developed a mindset built on discipline, resilience, and relentless work ethic. Growing up in Springfield helped shape the toughness and determination that would later define both his athletic and professional career.
Driven by a passion for performance and physical excellence, Curtis entered the competitive bodybuilding world and in 2017 won a bodybuilding competition in Poughkeepsie, New York, where legendary bodybuilding icon Bev Francis served as the guest judge. The victory marked a defining moment in his fitness journey and reinforced his commitment to elite-level training and conditioning.
Determined to expand his impact, Curtis later moved to Las Vegas, where he began building his reputation as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.
In a city known for elite performers and world-class athletes, he quickly became recognized for his intense training style, discipline, and ability to help clients push beyond their physical and mental limits.
Over the years, Curtis has worked with professional athletes, entertainers, and high-profile individuals, helping them reach peak physical performance through strength development, conditioning, and mindset training.
Alongside his work in performance training, Curtis has also operated in the demanding field of Executive Protection, serving as a private bodyguard for high-profile clients and traveling internationally to ensure their safety.
His professionalism, situational awareness, and calm presence under pressure have made him a trusted protector in environments requiring the highest level of discretion and security.
Whether in the gym building champions or
protecting influential individuals, Curtis approaches every challenge with the same philosophy: discipline, loyalty, and excellence.
Now based on the West Coast while continuing to travel globally, Curtis Henderson remains committed to empowering others through strength, leadership, and protection, carrying with him the grit and work ethic forged from his upbringing in Springfield.
