VISION WITHOUT LIMITS
Poised, purposeful, and unbound by convention, Ronald Ndoro Mind has spent his career walking away from the expected and creating a world that reflects his own vision. Born and raised in the UK, he once stood at the gates of a conventional career path, starting out in law at one of the largest firms in the world. On paper, it was everything his family had hoped for stability, prestige,
respectability. But, Ronald knew almost immediately that it wasn’t where his spirit thrived.
“I could see the track ahead of me,” he recalls. “And I already knew it wasn’t the life I wanted.”
Within three months, he left. That one decision set him on a course that would take him from the streets of London to the nightlife capitals of the world, from exclusive members’ clubs to Caribbean retreats. For Ronald, the measure of success was never about fitting into a system, but about rewriting the rules entirely.
THE SPARK OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Ronald’s entrepreneurial instinct revealed itself early. At just fifteen years old, while still in boarding school, he organized a party that drew over a thousand attendees and earned him several thousand pounds in profit. It wasn’t just a party it was an experience. He understood, even then, that success was not about selling a product but about creating a feeling.
That instinct grew sharper over time. In London, he promoted concerts, including Jay-Z’s so-called “last” London performance. He introduced Paris’s legendary Crazy Horse cabaret to new audiences in the UK. He built luxury members’ clubs and destination venues from London to South Africa. Each venture carried his signature: attention to detail, imagination, and an almost intuitive understanding of human connection.
“Business is numbers,” he says, “but experience is memory. If people remember how you made them feel, you’ve already succeeded.”
REIMAGINING HOSPITALITY
Ronald’s latest project, LeHaus, takes that philosophy global. A private travel club with exclusive properties across the Caribbean, LeHaus is—
—not simply about luxury it’s about creating intentional spaces where people can reconnect with themselves.
The villas are secluded, the service discreet, but what Ronald is really offering is a new kind of wealth: time, presence, and belonging. “Luxury to me is not gold-plated taps,” he explains. “It’s freedom. It’s the ability to pause, to breathe, to be exactly where you are without distraction.”
That approach has resonated with leaders, creatives, and high performers who come to LeHaus not just to rest, but to reset. It is a countercultural vision in an era where constant motion is equated with progress.
BUILDING CONVERSIONS THAT MATTER
Ronald has also extended his vision beyond hospitality through a collaboration with Dr. Maurice Stinnett, an international leader in education, entrepreneurship and philanthropy. Together, they co-founded "Existential Thoughts," a podcast that explores ambition, purpose, and the human side of success.
What began as dialogue has since expanded into curated retreats that blend Ronald’s expertise in luxury hospitality with Maurice’s leadership development background. These retreats are immersive experiences, designed for deep conversation and reflection. Guests leave not just rested, but transformed.
“People think slowing down means falling behind,” Maurice says. “But slowing down is how you last.”
PHILOSOPHY OF SUCCESS
For Ronald, the pursuit of success has never been about accolades or public recognition. It is about freedom, impact, and alignment with his inner compass.
“I’ve always followed the beauty of an idea,” he explains.“Seeing what something could become before it becomes it that’s the joy. That’s what drives me.” His partnership with Maurice reflects that philosophy. Both are strong personalities, but they see conflict not as an obstacle but as a catalyst for growth. “The key is communication,” Ronald says. “You see it one way, I see it another how do we keep moving forward together?”
Beneath the confidence lies a surprising vulnerability. Ronald speaks less about financial benchmarks and more about legacy. “We want to build something that gives people permission to be human again,” he says.“To show that ambition doesn’t have to mean burning yourself down in the process.”
CREATING SPACES OF BELONGING
At LeHaus retreats, the philosophy becomes reality. Guests step into environments designed—
—not only for luxury, but for meaning.
Secluded villas across the Caribbean provide a backdrop for leaders to unplug and rediscover presence.
“Ronald’s gift is vision,”Maurice says. “He sees the big picture before anyone else does. He’s calm under pressure, collaborative, and brilliant at turning energy into experiences.”
That ability to create belonging runs deep. “My mother always wanted me to be a lawyer,” he recalls. “For years she told people that’s what I was, because she couldn’t explain what I actually did. But what I’ve always done is build spaces where people feel like they belong.”
THE LEGACY AHEAD
Existential Thoughts may have started as a podcast, but for Ronald, it is part of something larger: a movement to reclaim time, intention, and humanity in the pursuit of success. From nightlife in London to retreats in the Caribbean, his work has always been about more than business. It is about reimagining how people gather, connect, and restore themselves.
Ronald Ndoro Mind is not simply an entrepreneur or a hotelier. He is, in every sense, an architect of experience. His work transcends industries because it is rooted in something universal: the human need for connection, presence, and belonging.
His story proves that success is not about following a script, but about designing life on your own terms with vision, with freedom, and with purpose.
