Jacinth Headlam: Alpha Magazine's New Director of Partnerships

Jacinth Headlam is an award-winning actress, filmmaker, author, and the visionary Founder and CEO of InnaStar Inc. and Jacinth Media Productions. Through her work, she empowers underserved communities by combining arts, mentorship, and cultural advocacy across the globe.
Jacinth is the creator and organizer of the annual InnaStar Trailblazer Awards, a gala-style celebration that honors creatives and changemakers in fields such as film, fashion, music, beauty, and entrepreneurship.
Under her leadership, InnaStar has grown into an international movement, serving youth and families through programs such as the Youth Filmmaking Program, GLOW Confidence Workshops, and the On-Camera Confidence Program, impacting over 350 students locally and internationally in Nigeria, Liberia, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands.
As a filmmaker, Jacinth has released several impactful projects, including her upcoming BET network release Love After Holidays film, based on her motivational memoir Love After. She is also producing new films such as House of Truth and A Different Love.
Jacinth’s work has been featured in TVJ, QVC, BET++, CVM, Forbes, Sheen Magazine, Urban Magazine, Canvas Rebel, Jamaica Gleaner, FOX5, Good Day DC, Amazon Prime, Tubi, FOX Soul, WFMZ69, RCN, Jamaica Star, Brooklyn Paper, and Jamaica Information Service (JIS).
Her mission is to use storytelling, faith, and creativity to inspire healing, visibility, and generational transformation—especially for Black and Brown communities. Known for her authenticity, spiritual grounding, and bold leadership, Jacinth continues to build platforms that nurture purpose, restore confidence, and spotlight global trailblazers.
In addition to her current initiatives, Jacinth is set to take on a new role with ALPHA Magazines as the Director of Partnerships and COO of the ALPHA Elite Awards with Alpha Magazines, furthering her commitment to celebrating excellence and fostering collaboration within the creative community.
