Upon release, Terms & Conditions made an immediate impact, charting at No. 5 on the iTunes Top 200, signaling strong sales and a clear demand for this level of artistry. The album was released exclusively on Apple Music and iTunes on February 1st and is set to expand worldwide by Valentine’s Day, positioning it as a defining soundtrack for intimacy and reflection.

The project’s leading single, “Let Me Show You,” charted at No. 23 on iTunes, further solidifying DNDTILSUNDAY as a rising force. Critics are already calling the album “the new wave,” with many suggesting it signals the emergence of a new lane within R&B—luxurious, emotionally intelligent, and sonically precise. Think a Fifty Shades of Grey–type vibe, elevated and executed with taste, depth, and restraint.

The entire album was written and produced by Luciano Layne, a Grammy-nominated writer and producer, as well as an A&R at Virgin Music Group, operating under a joint label venture with Universal Music Group. Together, they’ve crafted a sound that feels both timeless and forward-thinking—music that honors classic R&B while pushing the genre into its next chapter.

Soon to come is Terms & Conditions Side B, an alternate, spiritual successor to Side A that features smart, melodic house music and dance vibes, promising an upbeat experience that balances dance-driven concepts with DND's trademark introspective lyricism.
